1Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to WPVite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WPVite Technologies ("WPVite," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in India with its principal place of business in Hyderabad, Telangana.
These Terms govern your access to and use of WPVite's website (wpvite.com), WordPress hosting platform, website creation tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Important: By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

5Services Description
WPVite provides the following core services:
Managed WordPress hosting with automatic updates, security, and backups
Curated WordPress templates for quick site creation
Free subdomain (yoursite.wpvite.com) with every site
Regular backups and one-click restore functionality
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use of the Services.
6Subscription, Fees, and Payment
Pricing and Billing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
- Free tier available with limited features; premium features require paid subscription
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected
- Annual subscriptions offer discounted pricing compared to monthly billing
- Prices may be updated with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay/Stripe)
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported methods
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
- You are responsible for keeping payment information current and accurate
Invoicing: Tax invoices with GST details are generated for all transactions and available in your account dashboard. For business accounts, you may provide your GSTIN for proper tax documentation.
7Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only.
Refund Conditions:

8Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use WPVite Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

9User Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all User Content you create, upload, or store on WPVite. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
License Grant:
By using our Services, you grant WPVite a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services
- Create backups and copies for service continuity and disaster recovery
- Perform technical operations required to deliver the Services
This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except for copies in our backups which are deleted according to our retention policy.
WPVite Intellectual Property
WPVite and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including:
- The WPVite name, logo, and branding
- Platform software, code, and infrastructure
- Templates, themes, and design elements provided by WPVite
- Documentation, APIs, and technical specifications
10Service Availability and SLA
99.9% Uptime Target
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted sites. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance and excluded from uptime calculations.
Service Level Commitments:
Note: While we strive for maximum availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party failures, force majeure) may affect availability.
11Termination
Termination by You
- Cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Download/export your content before account closure
- No refunds for partial periods (except under our refund policy)
Termination by WPVite
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- You fail to pay subscription fees after grace period
- We receive valid legal orders or government directives
- Your use poses security risks to our platform or users
- Required to comply with applicable law
Data After Termination
Upon account termination, your site content will be retained for 30 days to allow data export. After this period, content is permanently deleted. Some data may be retained longer as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW:
- Cap on Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to WPVite in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Exclusion of Damages: WPVite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
- Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for actions of third parties, including hackers, other users, or service providers.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WPVite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services or violation of these Terms
- Your User Content or any content you publish on your site
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any illegal or unauthorized activity conducted through your account
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
14Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes amicably. If a dispute arises:

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before any formal proceedings.
Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
Arbitration Venue: Arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
15Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
16Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
- For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 15 days before they take effect
- We will display a notice on our platform highlighting the changes
- Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
- If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account before the effective date
